Koinobori (Flying carp) event

We had a Flying carp event at Kazenoko Hoikuen. Everyone got together in the playroom and deepened their interest in this traditional event by singing and playing trivia games. We also showed the flying carps which the children made in class to each other. The oldest children made a special flying carp. Each of the 3 classes made a big carp. They came up with a design and copied it onto a large cloth, which they then painted together. Three big flying carps are swimming happily through the air in our yard.
