The dispatch of home care workers to help insured persons who have been issued 　a Certification of long-term care need and a Certification of support need We dispatch a home care worker to the home of insured persons who have been issued a Certification of long-term care need and a Certification of support need, in order to provide support for them in their daily life. We provide support for people with intellectual disabilities, including a caregiver for outings for people with visual impairment.

Usage Contents Physical care (meals, bathing, toileting and transporting clients to hospital) Living support (cleaning, washing, shopping and cooking) Assisting on outings for people with visual impairment Uses of Services Please free to contact us at Suisen no Ie. The person in charge of this service will visit your home and consult about date, time and further details. Hours Monday - Saturday (except holidays) 9:00am - 6:00pm Costs Depending on the content of the service and hours Please note that the way of calculating fees is different between a Certification of long-term care need and a Certification of support need. ☆ We cannot provide a caregiver for outing for clients with visual impairment with long-term care insurance. Clients with a visual impairment with long-term care insurance must provide a different document to receive assistance on outings. Please consult with us about it.
