Day Service (Long-term care for outpatient/Preventive Long-term care for outpatient)
  • This is the place for insured persons who are issued a Certification of long-term care need and a Certification of support need, to spend time during the day. We provide necessary services such as bathing, meals, and hobbies.
We provide:
  • Health checkups by a nurse, bathing, meals, and various recreational activities
  • Car transportation service, assisted walking or help with using a wheel chair as well as extended hours as needed.

Policy
We fully respect our clients’ needs and care for their health and wellbeing. We don’t force our clients to do thing and try to find the best way for them to spend time at our center while building a trusting relationship with them.

Hours
Monday - Saturday (Except holidays) 9:00am - 4:30pm

Costs
◎10% burden which is Long-term care insurance coverage will be different depending on the level of
　　certification of long-term care need and certain times.
◎Meals costs \600 for each day (lunch and a snack) and will be added.
