Consultation Support

We provide advice to people with disabilities about various issues in their daily life. We focus on consultation for children who may have developmental delays, people with disabilities, and their families, and help to resolve their anxieties in order to create a comfortable community in which they can live a normal lifestyle. Children who may have developmental delays, people with disabilities, and their families can use this service. Any type or degree of disability, and age is acceptable. We provide advice for all kinds of problems in your life, from social welfare, development and education to medical care and mental health. If and when necessary, we will cooperate with related institutions (ward offices, schools, and various offices) in order to help solve problems. The consultation is free and completely private. Please feel free to call us or come in for a discussion. We can also visit your house if required.

We provide consultation services as follows.

Consultation and support for people with disabilities using welfare services (Basic Consultation)

○Support when using social services ○Support when using social resources ○Support to heighten their ability to earn a living ○Peer counseling (We create an opportunity for discussions between people who have similar problems.) ○Introduction to specialized institutions ○Necessary support for advocacy ○Acceptance of claims of disability abuse

Consultation support for planning

○Creation and adjustment of the client’s service plan ○Continued user support (We provide consultations in order for people to enjoy a more comfortable life in the community.)

Area transition and area settlement support

○Support for living in the community or moving house after leaving the hospital or the institution

Consultation support for children with disabilities

○Coordinating a service plan such as finding a daycare center and making certain arrangements for children with 　 　disabilities ○Developmental and Physical Consultations ○Support when using social resources ○Support to heighten their ability to earn a living ○Introduction to specialized institutions 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　etc.
