Joining the Dietary Education Exhibition (2015)
The Fourth Higashiyodogawa Ward Dietary Education Exhibition was held for the purpose of gEnjoying dietary education!h at the Higashiyodogawa Ward Hall. Related organizations such as Kazenoko Hoikuen, Higashiyodogawa Ward Children and Child-Raising Plaza and Higashiyodogawa Ward Child-Raising Support Center joined the event. We introduced diets valuable for nurturing a childfs body and soul, such as our lunch menu, sweet potato desserts and dried daikon that the children made with vegetables harvested from Tanba no Ie. (Tanba no Ie is a house for outdoor experiences in Tanba that our corporation owns.) We had lively conversations with many parents and children, while playing with food coloring books and sushi and cupcake making using drawing paper.
To begin with, everyone danced "Tearai Mambo (Hand Wash Mambo)".
Can everyone dance well!?

Explaining food poisoning bacteria simply through the "Baikin Bye-bye (Bye Bye Germs)" song.

Illustrated Storytelling of "Itadakimasu (Let's Eat!)".

The children were delighted. One more dance for the encore.

Children presented them with cookies from Work Center Hoshin.
