Information for Recruits

Information for Recruits for 2018

We are engaged in various pioneering activities for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, and the elderly, in the Northern part of Osaka City.

We respect the individual’s rights and individuality and treat them as equals with kindness and care. We provide the necessary support for their various issues from the perspective of social welfare and psychology so that they can live comfortably in the community.

We believe that diet is a very important part of life, so we don’t simply outsource lunch or prepare everything together in the same kitchen to cut down on expenses. We provide a lunch at each center that takes into consideration the needs of each individual. In addition to this, we take the safety of ingredients and the removal of chemicals seriously.

We also own nature retreats in Tanba, Hyogo and at the nearby Biwa lake in Shiga for individuals and staff to enjoy nature. For those of us who live in the city, the purpose of running such activities is to enable us to think about our environment and choose to be environmentally thoughtful through our contact with nature.

On the other hand, we give our staff opportunities to join various workshops and lectures in and out of our center (including abroad), in order to gain the necessary knowledge and skills as specialists in this field and to raise awareness about our work and build social skills.

We seek people who can not only communicate with clients but also care about their family and the community, can face challenges positively and proactively, and have a strong desire to learn.

We are not affected by current trends and strive to conduct research that contributes to our real work and philosophy. At our corporation, we hope to foster your knowledge, skills and talent.
