◎Executive Directors Meeting Executive Directors from each center gather once a month and discuss the management and operation.

At the Meeting

◎Kitchen Staff Meeting Our kitchen staff (chefs and nutritionists) and the person in charge of lunch from our corporation including some executive directors meet once a month to discuss things related to lunch. We also present and share new recipes with each other using various kinds of ingredients such as takuwan (pickled daikon radish), kikuimo (Jerusalem artichoke), umeboshi (pickled plum), potatoes, etc.　The kitchen staff are required to be creative and eager to study.

◎Disaster-Prevenion Measures Meeting The person in charge of disaster-prevention measures from each center gathered with one another and had the meeting. They talked about the evacuation procedure for clients, communication and adjustment among staff, cooperation with related instittions and associations, stockpiles and the social role of the center in the community. Our center continues to maintain and review its disaster-management policy and procedures.

◎Website Meetings Staff in charge of each center's website gathered for a meeting. Our meetings last year led to the creation of our blogs. We are always looking to evolve and are now preparing to create a new page in the website of each center.
