September, 1956 Established Kazenoko Hoikuen Foundation (Daycare Center for Children) and started with 40 children.
April, 1958 Built an extension and also started infant-care with 50 children total.
April, 1965 Received imperial donation from the Emperor to Kazenoko Hoikuen.
June, 1965 Rebuilt a nursery building. The capacity increased to 85. { Infants (0-2yrs.) 30: (3-5yrs.) 55}
April, 1966 Used one room of Kazenoko Hoikuen to start After School Care Program.
April, 1971 Bought a house and established Kazenoko Jidokan for After School Care Program.
September, 1971 Started investigative childcare for children with intellectual disabilities at daycare center as Osaka city experimental and pioneering subsidized projects.
April, 1972 Started daycare service for children with intellectual disabilities in earnest. The capacity was 10.
August, 1974 Set up Kazenoko Baby Home. 45 infants moved there from Kazenoko Hoikuen.
February, 1978 Dissolved Kazenoko Hoikuen Foundation, and established Suisen Fukushikai, Social Welfare Corporation. Received authorization from Ministry of Health and Welfare.
May, 1978 Started commissioned management of “Awaji Kodomoem” (Daycare Center for Children with Intellectual Disabilities) from Osaka City. The capacity was 50.
December, 1979 Completed rebuilding of Kazenoko Hoikuen.
April, 1980 The capacity of Kazenoko Hoikuen increased to 90.
April, 1986 Started installation management of “Kazenoko Sodachien” (Rehabilitation Center for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities). The capacity was 40.
April, 1988 Increased the capacity of Kazenoko Sodachien to 45.
April, 1988 Established “Tanba no Ie” (Accommodation Facility).
June, 1993 Established “Kaze Kobo” (Welfare Work Center for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities).
