General business employer action plan

@We develop a plan of action in order for our staff to exercise their ability and work in a pleasant environment while having a work-life balance as stated below.

    April, 2013` Implementing gLeaving the office on time dayh
    Training administrative positions (4 times a year)
    Informing staff through our corporationfs newsletter (every month)

    Goal 2: We will inform staff about:
    E Maternity leave under the Labor Standards Law,
    E Childcare leave under the Child Care and Family Care Leave Law
    E Benefit for delivery under the Employment Insurance Act
    E Lump-sum payment under the Japanese social insurance system
    E Social insurance premium exemption during childcare leave under the Japanese social insurance system.
    October, 2012` Conducting systems based on the law
    October, 2012` Making information materials
    April, 2013` Handing out materials and presenting them to all centers.
